An early 80’s black owned radio station is facing financial difficulties. When the owner decides to sell, Raymund Sutherlin, an employee forms a co-opt to purchase the undercapitalized station. Once everybody’s money is in the melting pot, the interwoven relationships take on new significance.
     They all want a say in how things operate. Amidst the struggle for adequate financing, a traitor’s sabotage, and personal difficulties, Raymund attempts to keep his head above water with tragic and far-reaching results.
